The 2nd Combined Arms Army is a large ground combat force that integrates all of the various combat arms, combat support branches, and service support capabilities. The CAA is self-sufficient, containing all of the units needed to fight a large-scale land campaign, as well as all of the units needed to sustain that campaign

2nd CAA is currently forward deployed to Belarus, where it is responsible for the western border facing Polish, ROD, and RPNW troops.

The current commander of the 2nd CAA is General Vladimir Testishenko. Testishenko is an ambitious officer with political connections. He has been in the Imperial Army for 20 years, rising above his peers due, in large part, to support from his benefactors and mentors in the upper echelons of the government. Command of a combined arms army is the pinnacle of his military career, and he is already planning his move from the military to the Central Committee.
